World class tools from a world class farrier!
Jim Blurton has developed his own range of specialist horseshoes and tools to meet the demands of keeping competition horses sound.
His knowledge and experience of shoeing competition horses has led to him being appointed Lead Farrier for the 2012 London Olympics.
Based just outside Welshpool, he continues to shoe a mixture of elite competition horses and racehorses as well as pleasure horses and ponies.
